Dee Young
Art and design has always been of interest to Dee since she was very young,starting with colouring books,paint by numbers,Spirograph and air fix models .Art was her best subject all through her school life.As a mature student she studiedat Southampton City College and took a foundation in Art and Design,following that gained a Fine Art Honours Degree at Solent University. Solent University bought five pieces of her work to add to their collection which is now on the www.bbc- yourpaintings-deeyoung web site.Dee's paintings have been collected by a variety of professional bodies.
